Helloooo! My week-in-review posts have turned into “Here is what I like and don’t like on ClassPass.” I am getting a ton out of the membership. Long time no post! I was traveling for work last week and got lost in the sea of jet lag. Despite all my noble thoughts on fitness while traveling, I’ve been getting rundown and sick on work trips and I end up just trying to recover, and not breaking a sweat at all (unless you count the cold sweat from food poisoning last week, but that’s enough on that).
