Happy Monday! Did you have a long weekend? Did you do anything fun? I spent the weekend in Great Barrington, Massachusetts (I had a hair and make up trial for my wedding!!!). Here’s how I spent the last week in workouts.
Tuesday: Lyon’s Den Power Yoga hour-long class with Matt (Hey, it was Valentine’s Day!) They played power ballads and it was taught by John Murray who was an awesome instructor. Sign me up for more.
In earlyish October, I wrote about a bunch of fitness challenges happening at NYC studios. I knew I wanted to try one one, and I decided to go with Refine Method’s Take 2. Basically I took two Refine classes a week and received a discounted rate on classes.

Now, on the workout front: Usually I like to alternate types of exercises (example: not run 3 days in a row!) but it didn’t work out that way because I had to travel mid-week. So I front-loaded the week with Refine Method to make sure I met my 2x week commitment. I enjoyed it, actually. #AllTheRefineMethod
I also ran 13 miles this weekend, which is not a lot for me in general, but big number for me right now, and I’m pretty excited about it.
