Happy Tuesday!

Coming back to the real world after Thanksgiving is tough. I had a busy weekend with visits to my parents’ house in Long Island, Matt’s uncle’s home in NJ, my college bestie’s first grown up home (with husband and brand new baby included!) in Dobbs Ferry,  and more and more and more.

I made a real rookie mistake of going to SoHo on Black Friday (I was headed to a yoga class in Nolita). I forgot that throngs of people actually shop in stores and not on exclusively on the internet. (Can someone explain to me why?)

Hi pals! How was your week? Mine was pretty hectic.

It was a real treat to leave the city this weekend and head to Great Barrington. It’s pretty real how much a slower paced environment can chill you out.

Oh hello! Last week was probably one of my most fierce weeks in a while. Not so much this week. But I had fun.

Monday: Physique 57in the am. It was the first day of Rosh Hashanah and I have a personal tradition of waking up early to work out before the long sit at temple.

Tuesday: Nothing.

Wednesday: I took a pretty meh Peloton class. The music was blah and I never really hit my stride.

Hi Ladies and Gents! I am still waiting on my new orthotics so I didn’t go running at all this week. But thanks to ClassPass, I kept busy on the workout front. I also have a Refine Method package and a Barry’s package, for those wondering.  I currently have the 10 class per month ClassPass membership.  I tend to go over 10 classes a month when I’m in town a lot of the month, even more so when I’m not running.
