I’m sure there was a time before FlyWheel and Physique57 that I showed up at my local gym, entertained myself with a self-guided workout and left feeling like I accomplished something.
Maybe my expectations have gone up. I used to be satisfied with a 30- minute elliptical workout. Today I am not. I don’t hate that machine, but I have an evolving preference toward weights.
