Ah gosh guys. The Brooklyn Half is moments away and I haven’t had a good long run since the Cherry Blossom 10-miler the first week in April. My hips hurt. My legs don’t have any juice. It’s the pits. If I had to boil down the cause of my running malaise, I think I slacked at : nutrition, stretching, cross training and doing my PT exercises. Should I skip the race?
