Happy Thursday! How was your week? Just looking at last week’s recap make me tired. There was so much I wanted to do and I wore myself out doing it.

Here’s what I got into: 

Monday: Barry’s Bootcamp (arms and abs day with Patrick Frost)

Tuesday: Nothing

Wednesday: 4-mile morning run in Central Park

Every time I worked out last week

Monday: I took a walk in Jamaica State Park in Vermont with the ski crew. The trail was a sheet of ice. The first thing I thought when got out of the car was: “Oh, here is where I sprain my ankle.” But luckily no such accident occurred.

Going to Barry’s Bootcamp for the first time (in drawings)

So while I’m learning how to ride a bike, I’m also you know, doing other things.

My office is on the same block as Barry’s Bootcamp but since I pay 1.5 million human dollars a month for Equinox, I hadn’t been. I kept hearing that Barry’s is the absolute best body-improving, calorie-depleting workout. So you know, sold. I wanted to try it.

I signed up and went right after work. I entered the studio and gave $34 to a man with a 40 pack and arms the size of Malm 6-drawer Ikea dresser.
