Hello! Sorry for the extended absence. Matt and I were on our honeymoon! We spent the last three weeks traveling and we went to South Korea (for a night!), Japan (for 9 days), New Zealand (for 9 days) and then had an extended layover in Beijing, China (where we hiked part of the Great Wall!).
I hope to write about all the biking, hiking and adventuring we did soon. Hope everyone had a happy holiday and New Year. Is anyone starting off 2018 with a new fitness regimen or nutrition plan? I’d love to hear about it!
Happy New Year! Long time no post, I know. I was away for the holidays. Matt and I spent a week and a half in Mexico starting in Mexico City, and moving to Puebla, Oaxaca, Puerto Vallerta and Sayulita.
We had heard mixed things about some of the places on our itinerary before we set off, but we ended up truly loving everywhere we went, especially Mexico City. We had a wonderful trip and if you’re considering a visit to any of those places, let me know and I’d love to talk your ear off.
I’m going to combine the last two weeks into one post. Here it goes.
Ooo hey! I am back in New York after an incredible week in Colorado. One lasting thought I have after spending a week in the mountains is that some people can be in that environment every weekend not just once or twice a year. ( ie: People who live in Denver.) Lucky ducks!
Here’s what I got into fitness-wise!
Every time I worked out last week (3/19-3/27)
Saturday: I skied a full day at Keystone with my friend Katy (you might remember her from every other time I skied and wrote about it on this blog) (Skiing in Steamboat, Colorado; Skiing in Vermont)
