All the workouts: NYC Marathon Training Week 12

Good morning!

Before I go into this week’s training recap, I wanted share a few links from around the web that I found fun, useful or fascinating.

Now on to the week 12 recap. I can’t believe there is just one month left until the NYC marathon. OMG.

Monday: Lyons Den Power Yoga + Sports Massage at Exhale Spa (I purchased a discounted certificate on the “City” section of Gilt Groupe!)
Tuesday: Dash 28 at Mile High Run Club
Wednesday: Refine Method
Thursday: 6.2-mile run. My plan said 8 miles but to steal from Jay McInerney, here we are and I can’t say the terrain is entirely unfamiliar.
Friday: Nothing
