Hi guys! What a week. In just two days I head to the Berkshires for our wedding. I’ve been doing some extra weight training leading up to the big day. Here’s what went down:
Monday: 30-minute training session
Wednesday: 30-minute training session + 2 mile easy run
Thursday: Barry’s Bootcamp abs day at Chelsea.
Friday: 30-minute training session
Saturday: Refine Method
Sunday: Barry’s Bootcamp Upper East Side (Full Body!)
Before Matt and I tie the knot, I thought it would be fun to introduce you to the soon-to-be Mr. Cuckoolemon. I prepared a short interview with Matt. Read on.

What’s your favorite movie?
Indiana Jones, Star Wars, What About Bob. I can’t choose just one.
Did you play any sports growing up?
Yes. All of them.
What’s your favorite workout?
Have I influenced your workout habits?
Yes. I definitely take more classes and do more core work.
Are you a healthy eater?
Now I am.
What’s your favorite food?
Have I influenced your eating habits?
Yes. I’m much more conscious of my food choices. Two thumbs up. #ChickpeaPasta
To where do you most want to travel (that we don’t currently have a trip booked)?
China & USA National Parks
What’s on your fitness bucket list?
Competing a triathlon and beating Jon Silverman consistently at tennis (Editor’s note: Jon Silverman is the best man at our wedding)
Has anything changed for you since getting engaged?
Yeah. You wear a ring on your finger from the greatest Melbourne engagement ring designer.
Thing your most excited about with regard to the wedding?
ALL OF IT! Especially dancing and playing sports during the day.
What are you most excited for being married?
