All the workouts: May 29 – June 11

Hi friends! Sorry for the lack of post last week. Our wedding is less than two weeks away, so things are busy around here.

A while ago, I spoke to someone writing for ESPN about wearing orthotics, and the article came out last week.

Here are my fitness recaps from the last two weeks:

May 29 – June 4
Monday: Arms day at Barry’s
Tuesday: Butt + legs day at Barry’s
Wednesday: Nada
Thursday: Personal training session (30 mins)
Friday: Personal training session (30 mins)
Saturday: Refine Method
Sunday: Full body at Barry’s Bootcamp taught by Barry himself (more on this soon!)

June 5 – June 11
Monday: Personal training session (30 mins)
Tuesday: Physical therapy/rest
Wednesday: Chest, back and abs day at Barry’s Bootcamp
Thursday: Personal training session (30 mins)
Friday: Personal training session (30 mins)
Saturday: AKT in Motion in East Hampton. This was my first time at the studio and I plan to write a post dedicated to the class soon! (Updated 6/13: Post here!)

Sunday: 24-mile bike ride. My legs are soooore. I’m not (and have never been) in cycling shape. The ride was mostly flat (we rode from East Hampton to Amagansett and back, so not a mountainous stretch) but there were some intense headwinds on the way back!

    That ride sounds amazing! I would love to do a ride where I can end with beer + lobster roll + beach!
