All the workouts: 4/23- 4/30

Long time no post! I had a busy week but I’m happy to be back here on the inter webs saying hello. We had such a nice taste of sweaty summer last weekend and I loved it. Did you get outside?

Also, pro tip! Barry’s Bootcamp is raising prices on their smaller class packages (the 5-class pack) and single classes TODAY. Bigger packs stay the same price, but if you like to purchase one at a time, grab one today.

Here’s my week in workouts. Don’t forget to share yours in the comments!

Monday: REST. My hip still hurt.

Tuesday: Using my smart TV I scrolled Youtube for some at-home arm workouts. I did 25 minutes of weighted arm work in my living room. I use cans of chickpeas as weights and wow my arms were sore even though they aren’t very heavy.

Wednesday: Chest, Back Abs at Barry’s Bootcamp

Sunday: Nada! Matt’s amazing cousins through me a bridal shower, and I spent the day loving it up with so many wonderful ladies.

    Hi Nicole! I really enjoy hearing about your workouts. I don’t get to experiment with workouts like I used to- two kids and a full time job will do that to you! But, I’ve been doing the Bari studios “baripeel” program at home for the past few weeks. Working out at home seems to be the key for me! I’m enjoying the program even though the quality of the videos are not so good. At least I’m moving and lifting weights!
