All the workouts: 2/13 – 2/19

Happy Monday! Did you have a long weekend? Did you do anything fun? I spent the weekend in Great Barrington, Massachusetts (I had a hair and make up trial for my wedding!!!). Here’s how I spent the last week in workouts.

Monday: Nothing
Tuesday: Lyon’s Den Power Yoga hour-long class with Matt (Hey, it was Valentine’s Day!) They played power ballads and it was taught by John Murray who was an awesome instructor. Sign me up for more.

Wednesday: Nothing
Thursday: Dash 28 taught by Ryan McCann. I covered 3-miles (This is the same instructor I loved from 60-minute Distance class)

Friday: Refine Method taught by Kailee. I wanted to skip, but I missed the cancellation window for this so I showed up. I love Kailee, so it was all worth it.
Saturday: Our friends Michael and Simone joined us in the Berkshires this weekend (with their 2.5 year old daughter Havivah). I ran 4 miles with Mike and then another 2+ by myself for a total of 6.3 miles.

Sunday: 4 mile run (2 miles with Matt before we he ditched me to speed up)
