Hi pals! How was your week? Mine was pretty hectic.
It was a real treat to leave the city this weekend and head to Great Barrington. It’s pretty real how much a slower paced environment can chill you out.

Thursday: Physique57 class in the am
Friday: early morning physical therapy session at Finish Line Physical Therapy
Saturday: Matt and I were up in Great Barrington and it POURED. It rained nonstop for 24 hours. To avoid cabin fever, we checked out the gym at nearby college Simon’s Rock. We did some weights and abs together. (Matt’s mom, Gail, joined us!)
Sunday: I ran 3.5 hilly, windy miles in Great Barrington. It was peak fall. I LOVED IT.
