Every time I worked out the last two weeks (6/6 -6/19)

I was out of town last week and turned into a major blogging slacker.  Please accept my sincerest apologies. What did I miss? Did anyone get a haircut?

Here’s what went down:

June 6-12, 2016

Monday: SoulCycle. I had a pass that was expiring that I wanted to use. I went to the NoMad location for the first time.
Tuesday: Physique57 (aka my fitness home )
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Rest. (I’ll be honest, I chose a trip to DryBar over running class.)
Friday: Short hotel gym workout (I was in DC for a work event).

Saturday: 10K with my mom (she set the pace)
Sunday: HIIT/Stretch at FitRXN; this class was kind of weird. We slowly foam rolled for 25 minutes at the end.

June 13-19, 2016

Monday: Nothing
Tuesday: 10 minutes of treadmill running and 2 minutes of planks
Wednesday: 5 miles (3 outside 2 on a treadmill) and some quick strength. The “real feel” temperature was 100, see below.

Thursday: Nada
Friday: Brief strength stuff in hotel gym
Saturday: 4 miles on a running path in Long Island

Sunday: I’ve been itching to take a dance class at Banana Skirt Studios for a while. I took a class where we learned the choreography to the music video for “Work From Home” by Fifth Harmony. LOVED IT. Then later that afternoon, I took a Flywheel class.

Late breaking: I signed up for the Hamptons Half Marathon  on October 1 (it’s in Southampton this year.) Anyone else planning on running it?
