SoulCycle spoofs and 20 spinning mistakes you’re definitely making

Oh hello. I’m still here. And I’ve got some fascinating fitness news to share!

Let’s start first with two tasteless but entertaining SoulCycle spoofs. You might need a thick skin to watch these. If you don’t have one of those, just wear winter-weight Lululemon running tights. That’s what I did.

Next, did you know YOU’RE DOING IT WRONG when it comes to spinning? This Flywheel instructor tells Cosmo what’s up.

What are companies like ClassPass doing to the economy when they create a middleman service? I don’t know. But the New York Times is ON IT.

Now, let’s talk about the politically incorrect phrase “skinny fat.” Time Magazine talks about the health risks (hello, diabetes) of those who are thin but are actually not so fit.

Has anyone else watched the new Netflix comedy The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt? It’s made by largely the same team that created 30 Rock (Tina Fey!). I can’t remember the last time I laughed outloud so much. Check it out and then talk to me about it endlessly.

Love,

Nicole

agreed. a flywheel instructor once readjusted my bike and all of the hunching over i was doing (that was straining my back) vanished. all of it can make a huge difference.

yes! the first episode is the weakest, so give it at least to the second!
