Has anyone ever done one of these before? Did you see tangible results?
I’ve never done a 30 day (or any amount of time) program before, (unless you count a Hal Higdon training plan) but I’m really into it. I have some control freak tendencies and really jive well with a routine – especially if I perceive it to be expert-created.(#KnowYourself)
In the case of the ever-elusive flat midsection, I always heard it was 80% what you eat and 20% what you do, but I imagine doing an increasing amount of crunches, sit ups and planks every day for a month can’t hurt. It’s also a good reminder to work out in general each day. ie: do the ab work then continue on to some other body part while you’re already in workout attire (or workout jammies as Matthew demonstrates above).
