All the workouts: Refine Method Challenge Week 1

Hello, hello. How is your week so far? How was Halloween?

This week marked week 1 of the Refine Method challenge, and I am loving it. I feel so sore so much of the time, but I feel like I am actually getting stronger.

Song of the week:No Children” by The Mountain Goats.

All the workouts:

Monday: Lululemon Run Club! I ran a total of 3.5 miles. (1.5 m warm up 1.5 miles of hill repeats on Cat Hill and .5 miles home) I ran faster than I had been running and it felt SO good.

Tuesday: Nalini Method

Wednesday: Refine Method (as part of the #RefineTake2 challenge)

Thursday: Nada

Friday: Refine Method

Saturday: Nada. But I did dress up as Puff the Magic Unicorn Dragon for a 60s-themed party

Sunday: 3.25 mile run in Central Park
