Every time I worked out last week (1/3-1/9)

When I first sat down to write this post, I thought “Umm I didn’t work out so much this week.” But it was actually not such a poor showing. Let’s dive in!  My ankle is still nagging me (argh!) so I didn’t do much running or jumping. Bummer. I skipped a 10K I was meant to run on Saturday because I don’t want to make things worse.

Here is what I did do. Am I smart or a slacker?

Sunday: a 10 minute ab video Matt found on YouTube

Monday: a morning Signature Physique 57 class + physical therapy 

Tuesday: After work I got to try the new FiDi Physique 57 studio at a pre-opening class. I took Mat 57 with Katie and it was TOUGH. I felt like I’d lost some fitness in the short time I was away.

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: Rest

Friday: I ran 1.3 miles to test out my ankle. I felt OK during it, a little sensitive on the uneven pavement but very sore after.

Saturday: 90-minute Power Flow class at Lyon’s Den led by the owner, Bethany Lyons. Ali Feller encouraged me to join her and buck up for the longer class (I usually shoot for the hour long classes).
