It’s been a long time since I wrote one of these posts. Here we go!
These are pretty much all morning workouts. Success!
Sunday: I biked two full loops of the park to train for my first duathlon (the only training I did, whoops).
Monday: Rest/Nothing
Tuesday: 3 mile run in Central Park
Wednesday: 3 mile run in Central Park with Matt

Thursday: Physique 57: Mixed with my favorite instructor Lindi
Friday: I took a class called Burn 45 at NYSC. It was great. When I was a member at the ‘nox I took classes all the time, but I rarely (never) do at NYSC. Burn 45 was an interval class with a mix of strength training and cardio. I may have overdone it jumping-wise on my ankle, but I was very happy I showed up.
Saturday: Rest (Out of respect for the duathlon)
